Taking advantage of the cool weather again, I set out to do some dark chocolate truffles today. So I rolled dark chocolate ganache into balls,
coated them with milk chocolate twice,
and rolled them into different toppings: almonds, cashews, powdered sugar, chocolate sprinkles, and desiccated coconut.
Good use of today's cool weather!;)
